• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or modified gaskets are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Warranty: Our silicone rubber gaskets are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
• Remedy: If a product is found to be defective under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product. This is your sole remedy under the warranty.

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of GetGasket.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
